- You have 15 days from the date of delivery to POSTMARK a return or exchange for eligible items.

- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging.
- Please ensure that all tags and labels are still attached.
4. Initiating a Return:
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at info@shop-hgb.com. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

- Pack the item securely, affix the provided label, and ship it back to us.
